Setup staking for nodes! Give nodes utility!

Let’s add staking for our nodes to give them more utility. On staking, burn 5% of the nodes’ VPND. Output rewards in VAPE. This enhances the earnings of all our nodes globally as the GTVL is reduced! More happy folks!

How about burning nodes completely for Vape. Or gamify the nodes where each step burns PTVL, thereby increasing VPND rewards. This of course after compounding is turned off.
